Autumn Equinox Plant-based Farm-to-Table Cooking Class 2024

The autumn equinox marks the first day of fall and the transition between seasons. This year, celebrate the equinox with us at the Pebble Cove Farm with a Farm-to-Table Dinner & Plant-based Cooking Class. Join us as we bid farewell to another beautiful Pacific Northwest summer and as we welcome in the fall with a feast made with the bountiful harvest of the season. We will prepare & cook a grounding, warm, autumn-inspired meal together; all five courses featuring vegetables, fruits, and herbs from the island’s farms and Pebble Cove Farm’s very own garden. Afterwards, we will sit down and gather around the table to enjoy a celebratory harvest feast. We’ll get to reflect on the turning of the seasons and the abundance of produce each season brings, all with the wonderful view of farm animals grazing and the peaceful cove as our backdrop.
